Caroline (our 6-year-old neighbor): “Only one. It’s for defense.”

Andy: “Is that what you are doing right now?”

Caroline: “No. I learned this from Sponge Bob.”

About Jacquelyn

My niece Jacquelyn deserves her own blog. She’s only 2, but she’s got a sharp wit and a precocious nature. She happens to be the daughter of two very intelligent science-minded people (my brother-in-law is a vet, and my sister is a biology professor). She loves pink and princesses, much to her parents’ amusement and surprise. And she has a lot to say.
