Andy rolled up to the gun range yesterday. If I hadn’t gone with my friend Dave (who refused to load his own gun), I would have been the least manly person there by far… And that includes all the gun-toting women.

My niece Jacquelyn deserves her own blog. She’s only 2, but she’s got a sharp wit and a precocious nature. She happens to be the daughter of two very intelligent science-minded people (my brother-in-law is a vet, and my sister is a biology professor).
